The company is seeking a hands-on Repair, Maintenance and Event Technician to support commercial properties across San Diego County. The role combines routine facility maintenance — inspections, preventative maintenance, work orders, on-site repairs and vendor coordination — with event support for marketing events, including set-up, breakdown, transport of materials and on-site assistance. The technician works independently in the field and as part of a team, driving a company truck during events and representing the company professionally to clients and the public. The position is based at various sites in San Diego County, with a set weekday schedule and occasional evening or weekend event hours.

Responsibilities

· Perform regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and general facilities.
· Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
· Troubleshoot and repair things on-site when approved.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment.
· Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
· Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary.
· Assist with Set-Up and breakdown of marketing events, including booths, signage, tables, and other equipment.
· Transport, organize, and maintain event materials and supplies. During events, you will drive a company truck.
· Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
· Represent the company in a professional and customer-friendly manner when interacting with clients and the public.

Requirements

**A valid California Driver's license with an acceptable driving record and a minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving history is required
· Hands-on and mechanically inclined (basic maintenance or handyman experience is a plus)
· Organized and able to manage your time without constant supervision
· Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
· Comfortable lifting, moving equipment, and working both indoors and outdoors
· A team player who can also work independently
· Professional and customer-friendly when representing the company
