We are seeking an experienced part-time Event Manager / Event Program Manager to lead the planning, production, and execution of large-scale major events. This role combines event strategy, event registration, content creation, and vendor oversight to ensure flawless delivery of high-impact experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and skilled at managing multiple complex workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and own sub workstreams across major events.
  • Event Strategy and planning - Identifying dates, venues, audience and the agenda for events with an emphasis on an executive, high-profile audience.
  • Event Registration and communications - Design communications plan, draft email communications, and coordinate execution of communications where required.
  • Event Content and Program Management - Coordinate logistics across content creation, including speaker and session owner assignments, reviews, and workback timelines.
  • Information Flow - Facilitate efficient communication and information flow among team members and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aware of critical updates and decisions related to the events.
  • Act as the central point of contact, coordinating and aligning diverse internal teams (e.g., content leads, internal events teams, stakeholders) and external vendors to ensure all event components are integrated and delivered on schedule. .
  • Coordinate with agency partners and other vendors across on-site logistics, including load-in/load-out plans, onsite room layout, setup, food and beverage etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in event management, program management, or large-scale project management.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Strong understanding of event logistics and end-to-end event production.
  • Proven ability to manage virtual, hybrid, and in-person events at scale.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience communicating with senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with productivity and project management tools
  • Ability to work independently and in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
