The Audio Visual Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining low voltage cabling systems, including terminating, testing, soldering, and dressing cables. They will read blueprints, use lifts, and travel to project sites in the Greater Panama City Beach Area. The role requires flexible hours and teamwork, with a focus on staying current with industry trends and regulations.

Responsibilities

Typical duties include:- Terminating, Testing, Soldering, and Dressing all Low Voltage Cabling.
Reading and interpreting blueprints.
Using Scissor Lifts / Boom Lifts.
Traveling to project and user locations around the Greater Panama City Beach Area.
Working flexible hours including nights and/or weekends.

Requirements

Educational Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent
Certification Requirements: Ability to obtain a Florida State JLA (Jessica Lunsford Act) Badge.- OSHA 10/30, CTS, Creston, AMX, or Extron certifications desired
Experience Requirements:- 5 years of Low Voltage or Control Systems experience preferred.
Ability to travel to project sites outside of the Greater Panama City Beach Area.
