Event Director (HK)

This is a senior Account Director role within a luxury events agency, based in Hong Kong. You will own and grow a portfolio of corporate, luxury and UHNWI accounts, acting as the senior client relationship lead from briefing through to delivery. You will drive retention, account growth and new business, lead proposals, and work closely with delivery teams to ensure excellent execution. You will also mentor and develop Managers and Senior Associates.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10–12 years' experience in events, marketing, luxury brands or experiential agencies.
• Strong experience with luxury brands, financial institutions, MNCs and/or UHNW clients.
• Existing senior client network in HK or Singapore.
• Proven ability to grow and retain high-value accounts.
• Strong commercial skills, including proposals, negotiation, budgets and profitability.
• Experience leading corporate events and mentoring teams.
