The Senior Event Manager will own end-to-end delivery of corporate events and B2B client projects for a luxury events agency operating across Singapore and Hong Kong. They will manage vendors across production, AV, venues, catering, décor and entertainment, and own project budgets, costs, timelines and profitability. The role includes leading on-site delivery to luxury standards, supporting proposals, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

5–7 years' experience in event production, corporate events or luxury events.
Strong hands-on event delivery and vendor management experience.
Experience managing event budgets of S$100k+.
Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Commercial understanding of budgets and profitability.
Experience supporting new business/proposals and creative processes.
