Senior Event Manager (HK)

The Senior Event Manager will own end-to-end delivery of corporate events and B2B client projects for a luxury events agency, managing vendors across production, AV, venues, catering, décor and entertainment. They will be responsible for project budgets, costs, timelines and profitability, and will lead on-site delivery to ensure luxury standards are met. The role also involves supporting proposals and mentoring junior team members, contributing to the agency's growth across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of corporate events and B2B client projects.
• Manage vendors across production, AV, venues, catering, décor and entertainment.
• Own project budgets, costs, timelines and profitability.
• Lead on-site delivery and ensure projects meet luxury standards.
• Support proposals and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 5–7 years' experience in event production, corporate events or luxury events.
• Strong hands-on event delivery and vendor management experience.
• Experience managing event budgets of S$100k+.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commercial understanding of budgets and profitability.
• Experience supporting new business/proposals and creative processes.
