The company is looking for an experienced Venue Manager to lead the operation of a well-known, high-end bar within a hospitality precinct. Reporting to the General Manager, the role involves leading from the front, setting service standards, and managing each space end to end to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The manager is accountable for business performance, including financial management of COGS, sales budgets and profits, as well as recruitment, training and development of the team. The focus is on delivering an exceptional, VIP-oriented guest experience and building strong relationships with a corporate clientele.

Requirements
- We are looking for an incredibly talented and experienced Venue Manager who will drive performance and continue to strive for excellence. This position will suit an established hospitality professional, experienced in managing high-end venues with an emphasis on VIP, luxury offerings.
- Reporting directly to the General Manager of the Establishment precinct, you will be leading from the front and setting standards high, managing each space from end to end, and ensuring a smooth operation of all moving parts across the venue.
- As the Venue Manager you are the backbone of our business and It's your job to ensure that you maintain the highest level or service, most importantly every one of our customers receives an experience that'll leave them yearning for more.
