This role is for an Events Parking Lot Supervisor at Miami Freedom Park - Nu Stadium. The supervisor will ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming arrival for every guest, delivering a high-end experience for fans and VIPs. Responsibilities include managing parking operations during game days, providing directions, resolving guest requests, and ensuring vehicle safety. The supervisor will also maintain professional standards and support the management team to ensure a successful operation.

Responsibilities

Proactive Service: Deliver a high-end experience for fans and VIPs. Resolve guest requests efficiently.
Stadium Expertise: Maintain expert knowledge of Miami Freedom Park park entry points, local streets, and nearby freeways to provide seamless directions.
Clarity & Transparency: Clearly communicate rates, game-day procedures, and retrieval times to customers during peak stadium hours.
Safety First: Navigate stadium parking structures and surface lots with care, observing all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
Proactive Reporting: Immediately report any incidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the management team to ensure a secure environment for all fans.
Game-Day Reliability: Attendance is critical. Arrive on time for every scheduled shift, ensuring we are fully staffed for the pre-game rush.
Professional Image: Maintain a clean, crisp, and complete uniform at all times, representing the professional standards of the Miami Marlins valet operation.
Team Collaboration: Support management with additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth, winning operation from the first inning to the last.

Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Game Days).
Must be able to run/move quickly to retrieve vehicles during the "post-game rush."
Prevoious Special Event Supervisor is a must.
Customer Service experience is a big plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
Must be able to work to work in outside weather conditions for the entire shift (hot, cold, humid, precipitation, etc.). Shifts will not be cancelled due to inclement or extreme weather conditions
Ability to stand, walk, and jog at a swift pace on varying elevations including stairs for duration for the entire scheduled shift.
