Candlelight Event Assistant - Edinburgh

We are looking for friendly and confident Candlelight Event Assistants to help deliver our shows and create a great experience for every guest. As part of the event team, you will be the welcoming face of Candlelight, greeting visitors, helping them find their way, and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the event. You will welcome and assist guests, check tickets, provide information, manage visitor flow, support the team with set-up and pack-down, and resolve any questions or issues during the event.

Requirements

• Friendly, confident and approachable
• A clear and positive communicator
• Reliable and organised
• A quick learner
• Calm and proactive in a busy environment
• Available to work evenings and weekends

Nice to have

• Previous events or customer service experience is helpful but not essential. A great attitude and willingness to get stuck in are what matter most.
