We are looking for friendly, confident Event Assistants to help deliver shows and create a great experience for every guest at The Jazz Room. As part of the event team, you'll be the welcoming face of The Jazz Room, greeting visitors, helping them find their way, and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the event. You'll welcome and assist guests, check tickets, provide information, manage visitor flow, support the team with set-up and pack-down, and resolve any questions or issues during the event.

Previous events or customer service experience is helpful but not essential. A great attitude and willingness to get stuck in are what matter most.
