This role leads the catering and events division of a high-volume fast casual restaurant, managing events from conception to execution. The manager will develop and execute catering strategies, coordinate logistics and staffing for multiple concurrent events, build client relationships, manage budgets, and train staff to deliver exceptional event experiences. The position is entrepreneurial and fast-paced, focused on scaling catering into a significant revenue stream.
