As an Event Marketing Manager, you will own the event programs for NiCE's Public Safety & Justice business across two product lines: Evidencentral and NiCE Inform AI. You will manage the full lifecycle of the event program, from building the annual calendar and managing logistics through on-site execution, lead capture, and post-event follow-up. Supporting two distinct sales teams, you will ensure each event is strategically planned and executed to generate measurable pipeline. Events are a critical demand-generation channel in this market, and your role is to maximize that opportunity before, during, and after every event.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual event calendar across both Public Safety & Justice product lines, evaluating national, state and regional opportunities and recommending which events to renew, consolidate, expand or discontinue.
- Balance the event portfolio across key audiences, including prosecutors, defenders, law enforcement agencies and 911 organizations.
- Develop distinct event strategies for each product line and sales team, recognizing the different go-to-market motions across Evidencentral and NiCE Inform AI.
- Contribute to event budget planning by providing show-level performance data and recommendations that help determine investment across both product lines.
- Track event spend throughout the year, negotiate with vendors, monitor variances and reconcile actual costs against planned investment.
- Partner with Procurement to manage vendor onboarding, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, approvals and payments while ensuring critical sponsorship and event deadlines are met.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including sponsorships, contracts, booth space and design, shipping, collateral, demo hardware, staffing, room blocks, speaking opportunities, award submissions and association deliverables.
- Develop a detailed run of show and staffing plan for each event in partnership with the appropriate sales team.
- Own on-site execution for priority events, including booth operations, staffing schedules, demo stations, pre-booked meetings and lead-capture processes.
- Plan and execute customer and partner engagements including dinners, receptions, hospitality events and small-group gatherings.
- Coordinate guest lists, venues, menus, timing, internal attendance and post-event follow-up while ensuring compliance with applicable gift and hospitality policies.
- Establish the lead-capture strategy before each event, including required fields, qualification criteria, campaign setup and naming conventions.
- Collect, clean, de-duplicate and enrich event leads before handing them to the Marketing Analyst for upload into Salesforce against the appropriate campaign.
- Maintain strong attribution hygiene by ensuring event leads reach Salesforce with accurate campaign and source information.
- Partner with each sales team before events to establish the post-event follow-up strategy, including segmentation, messaging and lead-selection criteria.
- Adapt and personalize post-event Outreach sequences based on the event, audience, product line and conversations generated at the show.
- Provide SDR teams with clean, enriched lead lists and recommendations regarding lead priority, agency information and relevant event context.
- Launch Outreach sequences according to the agreed post-event schedule and help ensure timely follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with professional associations across the Public Safety & Justice market and identify opportunities to increase NiCE’s presence and engagement.
- Partner with the broader marketing organization to ensure each event has a clear next step for attendees, including webinars, landing pages and relevant content.
- Use AI tools including Claude and Microsoft Copilot to support follow-up content, lead cleanup and de-duplication, event analysis, post-event summaries and recurring reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience planning and executing B2B trade shows, conferences and events end to end, including direct on-site ownership.
- Demonstrated experience owning the post-event lead lifecycle, including lead capture, data hygiene and enrichment, campaign attribution and sales handoff.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce for campaign management and attribution.
- Experience using Monday.com or a similar project management platform to manage event plans, timelines, deliverables and cross-functional visibility.
- Experience cleaning and enriching event lead data, including de-duplication, missing-field completion and company, agency or title normalization.
- Experience with data enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of a sales engagement platform such as Outreach, including the ability to segment leads, build and launch sequences and support effective sales handoffs.
- Proven ability to support multiple sales teams, product lines or business priorities simultaneously.
- Experience tracking event spend, negotiating with vendors and managing purchase orders, invoices and reconciliation.
- Ability to navigate corporate procurement processes and manage vendor relationships through payment completion.
- Fluency using AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot for practical business applications including drafting, data cleanup, analysis and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear event plans, staffing briefs, follow-up strategies and post-event reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple events, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
