Biz Voice Boost is seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, and business development activities. The role involves helping plan and execute events, welcoming and engaging attendees, presenting products and services, answering questions, and generating leads through customer interactions. The Event Assistant also assists with event setup, operation, and breakdown, organizes promotional materials and supplies, and collaborates with team members to ensure successful event execution. This position is suited to individuals who enjoy working with people, coordinating activities, and representing a company while contributing to individual and team goals.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and executing promotional events.
Welcome attendees and engage with customers and prospective customers.
Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer questions and provide helpful product and service information.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

Previous experience in events, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions is a plus but not required.
