Catch Vibe Voice is seeking an Event Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events in New York. The role involves working closely with internal teams, vendors, partners, and event participants to ensure every stage of an event runs smoothly, from early-stage preparation to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up. The specialist will assist with event logistics, communication, and problem-solving to create professional and engaging experiences that reflect the company's standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of company events and special projects.
- Coordinate event schedules, timelines, logistics, materials, and operational details.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, partners, venues, attendees, and internal team members.
- Support venue preparation, event setup, guest coordination, and event-day operations.
- Help ensure events remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with company expectations.
- Maintain accurate event information, documentation, schedules, and internal records.
- Identify potential logistical challenges and assist in developing effective solutions.
- Provide professional support to guests, clients, and event participants.
