The Events Assistant will support the planning, preparation, and execution of company events and client-facing activities. Working closely with the events team, the role involves coordinating materials, schedules, and supplies, assisting with on-site execution, and ensuring smooth operations during events. The assistant will also help with registration, guest coordination, and post-event follow-up, while collaborating to improve event execution and guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, organization, and coordination of events
- Support event setup, preparation, and on-site execution
- Coordinate materials, schedules, supplies, and event requirements
- Communicate professionally with team members, clients, vendors, and attendees
- Help maintain organized event timelines and task lists
- Provide assistance during event registration and guest coordination
- Monitor event areas to help ensure smooth operations
