The Events Manager will lead the planning and execution of events and programs for a client in Miami Beach, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and vendors. This role manages all aspects of event logistics, including timelines, budgets, contracts, and on-site execution, while collaborating with internal teams to align events with organizational goals. The position requires managing multiple events simultaneously with high accuracy and professionalism, and supporting creative event concepts within a structured framework.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute events and programs from conception through implementation
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including timelines, vendors, venues, contracts, budgets, and on-site execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders, including consistent follow-up and communication
- Draft, review, and manage event contracts and agreements
- Track event details to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and expectations are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with organizational goals
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation for all events and programs
- Support creative event concepts while maintaining strong organizational structure
- Manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Requirements
- Qualifications- Proven experience in event planning, programs, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with contracts, vendors, and client communications
- Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
