As an Event Sales Supervisor at Radisson Hotel Group, you will be responsible for maximizing meeting and events revenues, supporting the sales team by generating leads, and ensuring function sheets are maintained and communicated to operational departments. You will build and maintain relationships with key clients, actively seek feedback during and after events, and contribute to strategies that enhance guest experiences. Additionally, you will play an active role in department training and promote a proactive sales culture.

Responsibilities

Maximize meeting & events revenues.
Supports sales team by generating leads and assisting all team members in doing so.
Ensures all function sheets are maintained and up to date and communicated to operational departments within a timely manner.
