Meetings & Events Business Solutions Trainee

Como Trainee de Business Solutions para Meetings & Events, apoyarás a los equipos MICE de los hoteles del grupo mejorando los sistemas y herramientas de M&E. Tu enfoque principal será el proyecto de conectividad con 55 socios externos, asegurando que el contenido en las plataformas de RFP y reservas sea preciso y esté centralizado. También colaborarás en la configuración, formación y soporte a los equipos de hotel, y en otros proyectos ad-hoc del equipo.

Responsibilities

• · Take ownership of content quality and consistency across third-party RFP and instant booking platforms for M&E Club Hotels.
• · Act as a key support in the rollout and management of our connectivity project with 55 external partners.
• · Ensure our CRS accurately reflects up-to-date meeting and event-related content from connected portals.
• · Support hotel teams in understanding and utilizing connected systems effectively.
• · Assist in configuration support for franchise and managed hotels.
• · Collaborate with internal teams to develop user-friendly training and reference materials.
• · Provide occasional support to other Business Solutions initiatives on a project basis.

Requirements

• · Being eligible to sign an internship agreement with an academic institution.
• · Hands-on experience or strong interest in Meetings & Events operations within hospitality.
• · Technical curiosity with Sales & Catering systems (e.g., SAP, Opera, TMS for Meetings).
• · Comfort working with digital systems and structured content management.
• · Excellent communication and training skills across diverse, multicultural teams.
• · Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• · Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• · Passion for learning and improving user experience through technology.
• · Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong plus due to the international scope of the role.
