As Senior Meetings & Events Operations Supervisor at Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center, you will run the daily Meeting & Events operations, ensuring all aspects of the guest conference and M&E service experience are delivered to the highest levels. You will set up and turn down meeting rooms, prepare food and beverage facilities, and handle electronic equipment. You will work proactively to improve guest satisfaction, build relationships with stakeholders, and support the M&E Operations Manager. This role is part of the Food & Beverage department and requires an excellent eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Run the daily Meeting & Events (M&E) operations, where all aspects of the guest conference and M&E service experience are delivered to the highest levels:
Set-up and turn-down of meeting rooms
Set-up of Food & Beverage facilities
Preparing (electronic) equipments in the meeting room;
Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries;
Work as part of the Food & Beverage department;
Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders;
Support the M&E Operations Manager where needed;
Have an excellent eye for details.

Requirements

- Experience in banquets;
- Supervisory skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style;
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry;
