Entry-Level Event Assistant | Immediate Hire | Paid Training Provided

This role supports the planning and execution of marketing events, community outreach initiatives, promotional campaigns, and client events. The assistant will engage with customers, represent clients, and assist with event logistics and coordination. The position is entry-level and includes paid training, with opportunities for growth in event marketing and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of events and marketing campaigns.
• Represent clients and their campaigns in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Engage with customers and community members at events and promotional activities.
• Provide information about products, services, and community initiatives.
• Support event logistics, materials, displays, and promotional activities.
• Help coordinate event schedules and daily campaign activities.
• Deliver professional presentations and communicate campaign information effectively.
• Work closely with team members to achieve event and marketing goals.
• Maintain a positive and professional experience for customers and community members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
