We are looking for a Catering & Events Manager to lead our growing catering and events program. You will guide guests through the planning process, build proposals and event orders, conduct venue tours, and lead event execution. You will partner with restaurant leadership and event teams to deliver seamless experiences and grow revenue through networking and outstanding guest relationships.

Responsibilities

Guide guests through the planning process from initial inquiry through event execution.
Answer leads, build proposals, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), contracts, and event timelines.
Conduct venue tours and help guests create unforgettable events.
Lead event execution and ensure every detail exceeds expectations.
Partner with restaurant leadership, chefs, and event teams to deliver seamless experiences.
Grow catering and events revenue through networking, referrals, and outstanding guest relationships.
Lead, coach, and support our catering and events team.
Manage event calendars, deposits, billing, and event logistics using TripleSeat and other systems.
