Event Manager

You will be the culture for a movement, hosting weekly gatherings for opinion leaders and professionals. You'll find and invite audiences, prepare the space and experience, and facilitate events like brainstorms and business games. The goal is to create buzz, generate referrals, and attract home buyers and future teammates for Sanctuary's residency programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and segment target audiences by category (culinary, arts, music, wellness, etc.).
• Own outreach and invitations - fill the room with the right people.
• Prepare the space, outdoor activities, and food alongside the team.
• Facilitate and moderate each event: brainstorms, business games, and interactive experiences.
• Drive the follow-up loop: referrals, our referral program, buyer interest, and recruiting future teammates.

Requirements

• A natural connector and host with great vibe and relevant experience producing events, community, or experiences.
• Equal parts organizer, marketer, and facilitator. Austin-based, on-site. Ready to be on the ground.
