Event Operations Intern

Ce poste de stagiaire en opérations événementielles consiste à soutenir la préparation et l'exécution des événements marketing de Scaleway. Vous serez chargé de la logistique, de la coordination sur site, et de la gestion des fournisseurs pour garantir des événements de haute qualité. Vous travaillerez au sein de l'équipe Field Marketing, en collaboration avec les équipes marketing et commerciales.

Responsibilities

• ● Prepare the logistics of events (orders, deliveries, goodies, materials, and assets)
• ● Ensure on-site event operations, including setup, coordination, and real-time issue resolution
• ● Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• ● Support the installation and dismantling of event booths and spaces
• ● Maintain and track event materials, stock, and inventories
• ● Follow operational checklists to guarantee high-quality execution
• ● Assist in managing multiple events simultaneously
• ● Anticipate needs and proactively solve operational issues

Requirements

• ● Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or Project Management
• ● First experience in event organization or coordination (internship, apprenticeship, student job, or associative experience)
• ● Strong interest in event operations, logistics, and field marketing
• ● Comfortable working with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Suite, Slack, or similar
• ● Professional written and verbal communication in French and English
• ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• ● High level of proactivity and reactivity
• ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• ● Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
• ● Hands-on mindset with a strong execution-oriented approach
