The Development & Events Coordinator supports fundraising, donor engagement, and special events at St. Jude's Ranch for Children. Responsibilities include coordinating fundraising activities, managing donor stewardship, maintaining donor records, and assisting with planning and execution of community and fundraising events. The role serves as an ambassador to strengthen relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners.

Responsibilities

Coordinate donor acknowledgment and stewardship activities, including thank-you letters, donor communications, and recognition efforts.
Maintain accurate donor and sponsor records within the organization's CRM database.
Assist with donor cultivation and fundraising campaigns.
Support sponsorship solicitation, tracking, and fulfillment.
Prepare fundraising reports, donor lists, and event-related documentation.
Assist in identifying and researching prospective donors, sponsors, and community partners.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of donations and donor information.
Coordinate logistics for fundraising events, donor recognition events, volunteer activities, and community outreach programs.
Assist with event planning, timelines, budgets, registrations, sponsorship fulfillment, and vendor management.
Coordinate event volunteers and provide onsite event support.
Manage event materials, auction items, signage, and attendee communications.
Ensure a positive guest experience while representing the mission and values of St. Jude's Ranch for Children.
Track event outcomes and assist with post-event reporting and evaluation.
Support outreach efforts with local businesses, community organizations, and volunteers.
Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities.
Assist in developing and maintaining community partnerships that support fundraising and mission awareness.
Help coordinate volunteer engagement activities related to development and events.
