The Event Manager oversees the execution of all events at Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center, ensuring they meet guest service standards and create lasting memories. They are responsible for interviewing, training, and coaching Event and Birthday Hosts, interacting with parents, and serving as the point of contact for all parties. The role involves establishing rapport with meeting planners, managing event supplies, and updating marketing materials. This position requires a passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support Event and Birthday Hosts
Interact with every parent and serve as the point of contact for all parties
Responsible for the successful execution of all parties and events
Establish rapport with meeting planners while promoting Stars and Strikes services
Monitor, replenish, and update marketing materials this includes printed and digital collateral
Manage an inventory of event supplies

Requirements

Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Experience in a high-volume environment
Proven leadership experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Nice to have

Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus
