STUDENT-FY26/27 Maintenance and Event Operations - A

This student position supports the Athletics department with event management and maintenance operations. Duties include setting up and breaking down athletic events, operating scoreboards and game clocks, assisting with sideline tasks, and handling ticket sales, concessions, merchandise, and ushering. The role also involves following equipment maintenance and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all functions of event management for Athletics.
• Duties may include but are not limited to the following: set up and break down of athletic events, public address, scoreboard and game clock/timing, sideline work, ticket sales, concession, merchandise, and ushering.
• Follow equipment maintenance and safety procedures, operating procedures and cleaning.
• Setting up teams area, concession, and merchandise.
• Scoreboard operations for all home athletic contests.
• Sideline such as football chain crew, ball retriever and floor sweeper.
