The Senior Experiential Event Executive sits within the Brand Experience Division, working on established brands both in and out of sport. The role is varied across multiple accounts throughout the year, and as a key member of the team, the person will be involved in the planning and delivery of events from start to finish, striving to create best-in-class brand experiences for clients. It involves managing supplier, client and partner relationships, supporting project scoping, budgeting and proposals, coordinating staffing partners and production suppliers, and handling event activation from venue sourcing to on-site support. The role also covers financial tracking, post-event reporting and case studies, and growing the account by acting as an ambassador for the company's services.

Responsibilities

  • Development and management of own relationship with suppliers, clients and partners
  • Support on project scoping, budgeting and building out initial proposals
  • Admin support to account leads such as research, requesting quotes, raising PO’s, processing invoices and team logistics support
  • Efficient meeting management, preparation and write up of notes and actions, ensuing they are shared with the client and other stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Ownership of project timelines ensuring deadlines are clearly communicated and adhered to
  • Co-ordinate and manage staffing partners, production suppliers and any other third parties engaged for the delivery of projects
  • Assistance with financial elements of accounts – budget tracking, PO’s, supplier invoicing/cost management
  • Event activation – involved in all aspects of the events including venue sourcing, staffing, branding, creative execution, on-site support and supplier communications
  • Deliver well written presentations in both content and narrative
  • Ownership of post event report and creation of robust case studies
  • Upwardly manage communication and information flow to line manager and account team
  • Build strong relationships and foster good team spirit internally and amongst client teams
  • Draw upon experience from across LIVE·TEAM where relevant, to optimise quality of work provided on the account
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of market trends for client’s business
  • Lead by example: set standards and ensure best practice and high quality of work
  • Proactively seek ways to grow the account by becoming an ambassador of LIVE·TEAM services so they are front of mind when opportunities present themselves

Requirements

  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Creative thinking - the ability to come up with forward thinking experiential ideas
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activations with tight deadlines
  • Ability to think on your feet and take appropriate actions to resolve any unforeseen issues as they arise
  • Ability to enthuse and motivate others
  • Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers including use of Microsoft PowerPoint

Nice to have

  • Experiential / live events experience knowledge, both planning and on site is preferred
  • Financial and budget management experience is preferred but not essential
