Require an Offline Event Executive in Gurgaon

Planificar y ejecutar eventos offline, activaciones y exposiciones. Interactuar directamente con los clientes para contar la historia del producto y generar interés, coordinar proveedores y equipos internos para la instalación y branding del stand, y recopilar comentarios reales de los clientes sobre el terreno.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline events, activations & exhibitions
• Engage customers directly — tell the product story, drive interest
• Coordinate vendors and internal teams for stall setup & branding
• Bring back real customer feedback from the ground

Requirements

• Strong communicator, confident and presentable, quick on your feet, open to travel and weekend events. Prior experience in events or promotions is a plus.
