Join the Bartolotta Catering & Events team and be part of creating unforgettable experiences at some of Milwaukee's most iconic event venues. As a Banquet Houseman, you'll be part of the Set-Up team, preparing event spaces, setting tables, and ensuring everything is in place for guests at weddings, corporate events, galas, and special occasions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on business needs but will include setting up and taking down banquet rooms, conferring with clients, transporting heavy materials, and maintaining cleanliness during and after events.

Responsibilities

Set-up and take down of Banquet Rooms according to function specifications.
Confer with guests and clients to determine event requirements.
Assist in transporting heavy materials such as staging, tables, and chairs to the event space.
Check and appropriately adjust temperature and lights and ensure electric hookups are working.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the areas during and after events.
