The company is seeking an Events Assistant to support the delivery of awards, masterclasses and live events within the television and media sector. The role involves setting up and managing award entry and booking systems, handling delegate and attendee communications, managing event inboxes, processing orders, and supporting senior team members with planning and coordination. The assistant will provide on-site support at events, including registration and logistics, maintain accurate records, follow health and safety procedures, and help ensure events run smoothly from start to finish. This position reports to the Head of Events and is based in Central London with a hybrid arrangement.
