The Senior Event Catering Sales Manager is responsible for driving catering sales and revenue by selling catering services to corporate clients, social event planners, wedding couples, and hospitality event clients. This role involves developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and coordinating the planning and execution of catering events. The manager prepares proposals and contracts, negotiates pricing, and ensures a seamless event experience for clients. This position contributes to the success of the resort by maximizing catering revenue and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize catering revenue and achieve sales targets
Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate catering clients, event planners, wedding planners, and industry partners
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized catering solutions
Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of catering events, ensuring a seamless event experience for clients and their guests
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations to clients
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the event planning process
