The AV Technician & Lutron Programmer will work on construction sites in the Philadelphia-New York City area, pulling and terminating low-voltage cabling, mounting devices, building equipment racks, and performing advanced setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV and control systems. The role also involves programming systems such as Lutron, Crestron, and Savant. The position requires full-time availability, Monday through Friday, with travel between sites.

Responsibilities

Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron, Crestron)
Mount devices at the ends of those wires
Build and lace equipment racks
Advanced setup and configuration of devices
Advanced understanding of networks
Advanced troubleshooting of devices
Programming (Lutron/C4/Savant/Crestron)

Requirements

Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
Lutron Homeworks Certified or Equivalent (Crestron/C4 Panelized Lighting Experience)
Control System Programming - Savant (preferred), C4, Crestron
