The Senior AV Technician will service residential audio/video, home theater, networking, automation, lighting, shading, security systems, and video walls in ultra-luxury homes. Responsibilities include troubleshooting systems (Crestron, Control4), reading floor plans, understanding wiring and signal flow, advanced networking, control system programming, training clients, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires in-person work at the Scottsdale office with some regional travel, and is part of a team that designs, installs, and maintains systems for clients over the long term.

Responsibilities

Servicing residential A/V, Home Theater, Networking, Automation, Lighting, Shading, Security Systems & Video Walls
Troubleshooting Systems (Crestron, Control4)
Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents
Understanding of wiring and signal flow
Advanced understanding of networking
Control System Programming
Train clients on use of systems
Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, high EQ
Comfortable working independently in occupied, ultra-luxury homes - think Silverleaf, Paradise Valley, and Desert Mountain
5+ years residential AV/Home Automation experience
A valid driver's license (background check required)

Nice to have

Crestron and Control4 experience is a bonus
