Community Events Assistant - Entry Level

We are hiring Entry-Level Community Events Assistants to support live events, community outreach, and promotional campaigns. This role involves assisting with event setup, engaging with attendees, representing partner organizations, and building positive relationships with customers and community members. The position offers paid training and mentorship to help develop skills in event marketing, customer engagement, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community events, promotional campaigns, and outreach activities
• Engage with attendees and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Represent partner organizations and brands professionally
• Share information about community programs, products, and services
• Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Assist with event materials and daily logistics
• Build positive relationships with customers and community members
