As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will support live events, promotional campaigns, community outreach programs, and customer engagement initiatives alongside an experienced team. The role is hands-on and people-focused: you help with event setup, coordination, and breakdown, welcome and assist attendees, provide friendly customer service, and support marketing and brand awareness activities. You will also help manage event materials, displays, supplies, and on-site logistics while maintaining a positive, organized event environment. The position exists to give motivated individuals real-world experience, with paid training, coaching, and mentorship to develop skills in event coordination, customer service, marketing, communication, teamwork, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
- Welcome, engage, and assist event attendees and community members.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Support promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Communicate event, campaign, product, or program information clearly.
- Assist with event materials, displays, supplies, and on-site logistics.
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and welcoming event environment.
- Support community outreach and promotional activities.
- Work closely with event, marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
- Assist with customer and attendee engagement activities.
