Event Assistant

This is an entry-level event assistant role focused on supporting promotional events and customer engagement campaigns. The assistant will help with event setup, coordination, and promotional activities, represent client brands at various locations, and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. The role involves promoting products and services, providing excellent customer service, and supporting event operations and logistics. The position offers paid training and mentorship to help develop skills in event marketing, communication, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, coordination, and promotional activities
• Represent client brands at events, retail locations, and community campaigns
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and informative manner
• Promote products, services, special offers, and marketing campaigns
• Provide excellent customer service and answer basic customer questions
• Support event operations, logistics, and day-to-day campaign activities
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet campaign and event goals
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Participate in training designed to develop event marketing, communication, and leadership skills
