We are looking for an Events Manager to own the planning and delivery of Redflags' full events calendar: from flagship face-to-face events to industry tradeshows, webinars, and partner-led activity. You will turn strategy into execution, converting plans into engaged attendees and qualified registrants.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end events calendar across in-person events, webinars, tradeshows, and partner activities (approx. 4–6 events per quarter).
  • Deliver flagship in-person events (e.g., customer advisory groups), managing venue sourcing, logistics, run-of-show, and on-the-day execution.
  • Lead the webinar programme: source contributors, shape discussion points, coordinate platform logistics, and manage promotion alongside subject-matter experts.
  • Manage the events budget, including cost tracking, supplier negotiations, and post-event reconciliation.
  • Report on event performance (attendance, engagement, pipeline impact) in weekly GTM meetings and QBRs to inform future planning.
  • Execute quarterly joint marketing plans with strategic partners, aligning objectives, KPIs, timelines, and deliverables with broader GTM strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Channel Team to drive partner initiatives and keep the partner enablement portal updated with current campaign materials.
  • Maintain consistent brand standards across all event signage, presentations, collateral, and digital assets.
  • Partner with the in-house designer to brief, review, and approve event assets (banners, digital ads, social graphics, presentation templates, swag) on schedule.
  • Manage production timelines and sign-off workflows (branding, legal, budget) for event collateral to prevent delays.
  • Coordinate with the Content Manager to produce event-related emails, social posts, and blog content aligned with the wider content calendar.
  • Maintain the Digital Event Pack asset library and support partners in creating co-branded marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on B2B event manager experienced in running both in-person and virtual formats.
  • Genuine operator who directly manages venue sourcing, AV, tradeshow logistics (stand booking, staffing, lead capture), and on-site delivery rather than relying on agencies.
  • Background in partner/channel marketing, joint planning, MDF management, and co-marketing campaigns in tech/B2B.
  • Experienced in managing budgets, direct supplier negotiations, and multi-track project timelines.
  • Skilled communicator adept at liaising with internal stakeholders, sales teams, designers, and external suppliers.
  • Design-savvy with a keen eye for brand consistency and collateral briefing.
  • We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, you don't have to come from cybersecurity but you will need the curiosity to learn so that you can shape a session agenda and brief speakers.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of normal working hours on build days to be hands-on to get everything ready will be important.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Remote-first working model with regular team meet-ups.
  • Opportunity to shape and own a core growth function in a high-growth business.
  • Collaborative, close-knit team culture focused on excellence.
