As a Wedding Event Planner at Trademark Venues, you will serve as a trusted planning partner for couples, guiding them through every stage of the planning process. You will coordinate planning meetings, tastings, venue walkthroughs, and timelines, while collaborating with culinary, operations, sales, and venue teams. Your role involves partnering with vendors to ensure seamless event execution, anticipating challenges, and managing multiple events with exceptional attention to detail. The position is based at one of our North San Diego County venues and requires availability for weekends and flexible schedules.

✨ Deliver hospitality that exceeds expectations

Requirements

Minimum two years of customer service experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other business software
Available to work weekends and flexible schedules based on events
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Nice to have

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Wedding planning, hospitality, catering, hotel, restaurant, or event experience
Food Handler Card
Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
