Trillium is seeking a Per Diem Event Operations team member at our Canton location. This role is responsible for ensuring guest and staff safety while delivering exceptional customer service during high-volume events. Duties include welcoming guests, checking IDs when age restrictions apply, proactively identifying and communicating potential issues, and monitoring crowd capacity. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment and standing or walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact and friendly verbal greeting.
Check guest identification whenever age restrictions are enforced
Identify potential issues and respond in a proactive manner
Communicate any potential issues to management with a sense of urgency as needed
Monitor crowd to ensure that the number of guests and staff does not exceed location capacity

Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Exceptional guest service skills
Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
