Banquet Houseperson Supervisor - The Beverly Hilton

The Banquet Houseperson Supervisor at The Beverly Hilton oversees the setup and cleanup of all banquet functions, supervising and assisting the Houseperson team to ensure flawless event execution. The role involves leading cleaning tasks, supporting event operations, and collaborating with the team to deliver memorable guest experiences. This is a union position requiring open availability and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
• Oversee a flawless event setup: Supervise and assist Houseperson team in setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, ensuring all event specifications are met
• Maintain spotless event spaces: Lead and assist in cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, waxing floors, and disposing of trash
• Support event operations: Help plan, organize, and execute banquet functions to ensure smooth and efficient event delivery
• Collaborate for success: Lead and/or participate in department meetings to ensure the team is aligned and well-prepared for banquet operations
