As a Casual Conference & Events Assistant at Hilton, you will prepare event spaces, support event delivery, serve refreshments, maintain event standards, promote a safe environment, and work as part of a team to deliver memorable experiences for guests. This role offers flexible shift scheduling to fit your availability.

Responsibilities

Prepare event spaces: Set up meeting rooms, conference spaces, and banquet areas according to event requirements, ensuring all layouts and equipment are ready for guests.
Support event delivery: Assist with the smooth running of conferences, meetings, banquets, and special events by providing attentive service and responding to guest needs.
Serve refreshments: Deliver food and beverage service during events, ensuring guests receive prompt, professional, and friendly service throughout.
Maintain event standards: Monitor meeting and event spaces to ensure they remain clean, organised, and presented to the highest standard at all times.
Promote a safe environment: Keep all conference and event areas hazard-free, following health, safety, and operational procedures.
Work as part of a team: Collaborate with colleagues across the hotel to deliver exceptional events and create positive experiences for every guest.
