As a Casual Conference and Events Assistant at Hilton, you will support the delivery of conferences, meetings, banquets and special events across the hotel. You will prepare event spaces, serve food and beverages, and keep meeting and event areas clean, organised and presented to the highest standard. You will also help maintain a safe, hazard-free environment and work closely with colleagues across the hotel to create memorable experiences for every guest. The role is casual, offering flexible shift selection to fit your availability.

Responsibilities

Prepare event spaces: Set up meeting rooms, conference spaces, and banquet areas according to event requirements, ensuring all layouts and equipment are ready for guests.
Support event delivery: Assist with the smooth running of conferences, meetings, banquets, and special events by providing attentive service and responding to guest needs.
Serve refreshments: Deliver food and beverage service during events, ensuring guests receive prompt, professional, and friendly service throughout.
Maintain event standards: Monitor meeting and event spaces to ensure they remain clean, organised, and presented to the highest standard at all times.
Promote a safe environment: Keep all conference and event areas hazard-free, following health, safety, and operational procedures.
Work as part of a team: Collaborate with colleagues across the hotel to deliver exceptional events and create positive experiences for every guest.
