The Senior Events Manager will oversee events at both Casa Marina Key West and The Reach Key West, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. The role involves generating and converting new business, building and maintaining client relationships, developing targeted sales strategies, leading the end-to-end sales process, and managing booking details for group events. The manager serves as the primary contact for assigned market segments and coordinates customer requirements including rooms, food and beverage, and meeting space.

Responsibilities

Generate and convert new business: Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals
Build and maintain client relationships: Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability
Develop targeted sales strategies: Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals
Lead end-to-end sales process: Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue
Manage booking details: Coordinate customer requirements including room, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensure accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel’s sales management system
