The company is seeking an event professional to join its Global Events team, managing the planning and execution of field marketing events for the Ads and Programmatic business across North America. The role owns assigned programs end to end, from venue and vendor sourcing through registration, on-site execution, and post-event reporting. Working closely with Sales, Regional Marketing, Finance, and Procurement, the person supports pipeline-driving and demand-generation events while adapting execution to local market needs. This is a remote, AMER-based position focused on delivering impactful live experiences that align with business goals and reinforce brand values.
Responsibilities
- Own planning and execution of field marketing events across the Ads and Programmatic business - trade shows, regional customer events, executive programs, and partner activations - ensuring each experience aligns with business goals and reinforces brand values.
- Partner closely with Sales and Regional Marketing to support pipeline-driving and demand-generation events, adapting execution models to local market needs. Collaborate with Sales on event audience strategy, including invite lists, account prioritization, and follow-up motions.
- Lead all planning and logistics, including venue sourcing and contracting, vendor and agency management, catering, transportation, A/V, and on-site execution — coordinating timelines to keep deadlines on track and stakeholders informed.
- Own event registration and attendance tracking using event platforms, partnering with marketing operations to ensure accurate post-event reporting, lead flow, and ROI measurement.
- Oversee event budgets for assigned programs, including purchase order creation, approvals, and reconciliation in partnership with Finance and Procurement, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing, with a strong focus on sales-aligned, pipeline-driving programs.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors or agencies.
- Strong understanding of both ground-level execution and strategic context – able to zoom in on logistics while keeping sight of broader business and marketing goals.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple concurrent programs with shifting priorities.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. Someone who is adaptable as deliverables and requests change mid-project.
- Ability to travel 30%
