The Event Coordinator is based at the company's community centers or office in Arizona and serves as the customer-facing representative for members and seniors in the community. The role provides in-language customer service, supports members with their benefits and care access, and acts as a Medicare advisor for community members. The coordinator schedules and organizes health events at the community centers, handling logistics and planning, and manages space usage for meetings and programs. Additional duties include coordinating building repairs, maintaining equipment and supply inventories, tracking service utilization, and developing programs that bring value to the center in collaboration with community, field engagement and sales teams.

Responsibilities

· Provide excellent customer service for the Community Center or office.
· Provide in-language support for members regarding their benefits and accessing care.
· Act as a Medicare Advisor with in-language support to community members with questions about their Medicare options.
· Schedule and coordinate health events held at the community centers. This includes logistic and planning efforts.
· Responsible for communicating and coordinating general building repairs with Facilities Manager/Department.
· Maintain a proper inventory of equipment, center supplies and promotional/marketing items.
· Track and monitor traffic flow and utilization of services.
· Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is working properly for quality assurance purposes.
· Responsible for managing the use of space to host meetings and programs while ensuring safety and cleanliness.
· Identify and develop programs and activities that bring value and interest to the center by working closely with the community, Field Engagement and Sales team.
· Other duties as assigned.
