This position supports the Marketing and Community Engagement Team by assisting with advertising, public relations, promotional campaigns, events, social media, market research, and other marketing initiatives. The role involves maintaining marketing materials, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with vendors and designers, and supporting events. It reports to the Chief Lending Officer and provides administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting with specific marketing and events functions of the organization. Support
- Maintaining detailed inventory counts of marketing materials in storage and in branches.
- Ensures branch marketing materials are consistent and current.
- Assists and/or prepares professional, high-quality presentations, reports, & documents utilizing
- Handles monthly reports, marketing metric reports, and provides information to the CLO as assigned.
- Works with graphic designer, vendors, and other departments to coordinate the creation and updates of
- Attends and supports efforts of all WFCU hosted, sponsored, and volunteer events.
- Able to lead assigned projects. Proactively provides regular updates and prepares progress reports.
- Provides administrative support to the Marketing and Community Engagement staff and CLO.
- Promotes the service and sales culture by maintaining basic knowledge of products and services.
- Performs duties within our bylaws, regulations, Board of Directors policies, established internal
- Prepares and sends professional communication with staff, vendors, and members via mail, email,
- and text. Responds to member reviews and forwards to management when appropriate.
- Completes all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Chief Lending Officer.
