Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation, service, and presentation
Provide excellent customer service in a variety of settings (e.g. corporate dining, hospitality suites, events)
Set up and clear down service areas, meeting rooms, and event spaces
Serve food and beverages, including plated service, buffets, and refreshments
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
Support kitchen and front-of-house teams as required
Handle basic customer queries professionally and efficiently
Adapt quickly to different venues, teams, and service styles
