Travel & Group Events Specialist · Remote

This role is for a Travel & Group Events Specialist who will leverage the company's buying power to book large-scale group travel blocks, including corporate retreats, eco-tours, wellness escapes, and destination weddings. The specialist will source and pitch group travel solutions, coordinate complex multi-passenger logistics, design sustainable itineraries, and negotiate volume discounts with hotel partners. The position is remote and operates as an independent partner with performance-based bulk commission.

Responsibilities

Source and pitch group travel solutions to corporate entities, family networks, and local organizations.
Coordinate complex, multi-passenger logistics, including room blocks, group airfare, and private group transfers.
Design carbon-conscious, sustainable itineraries that spotlight local economies and high-quality regional hospitality.
Negotiate volume discounts directly with hotel partners using our agency credentials.

Requirements

Exceptional organizational, planning, or event-management skills.
Comfortable communicating with corporate decision-makers, event hosts, and brides/grooms.
